Beauty Therapist
Job Description
Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to
• To maintain positive working relationships with company customers.
• To uphold the company & brand image of professionalism.
• Adherence to Training Module
• To impart grooming and etiquette sessions
• Handholding & Cost Control
• Adherence to MIS & SOP's, Attendance, Punctuality and
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Maintenance of MIS Reports
Candidates with experience training in Beauty and Wellness industry, skin care training, hair care trainer, personal care trainer, and skill development training.
Experience: Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,500.00 - ?35,867.47 per month
