We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Skin Trainer to join our team at Elite Family Salon & Academy, Dewas. As a Beauty Skin Trainer, you will be responsible for educating and mentoring aspiring beauty professionals in various skincare treatments and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs in skincare treatments, including facials, body treatments, and advanced skincare techniques.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, practical demonstrations, and workshops to teach students the latest skincare trends and methods.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare products, tools, and industry standards to ensure the highest quality of education.
• Prepare students for certification exams and ensure they meet industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly managed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, encouraging creativity and professional growth among students.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals and trainers to share knowledge and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• A recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy, Skincare, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a training or educational role.
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively teach and engage students.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
• A passion for beauty and skincare, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Dewas, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
