Shaping Careers Education Society is looking for a talented and passionate Beautician Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments, including skincare, haircare, makeup, and nail care, combined with a passion for teaching and mentoring. The Beautician Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions, developing curriculum, and ensuring trainees are equipped with the latest beauty techniques and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Beauty Training: Conduct detailed training sessions covering a wide range of beauty treatments such as facials, hair styling, coloring, makeup application, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and more.
• Technique Demonstration: Provide demonstrations of proper techniques for makeup application, skincare treatments, and hair styling, ensuring that trainees gain practical knowledge and skills.
• Hygiene & Safety: Teach trainees about the importance of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in the beauty industry, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and refining the training curriculum to ensure alignment with industry trends and best practices.
• Student Retention: Conduct visits and follow-ups with students who have dropped out to encourage retention and engagement.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate the trainees' progress through practical assessments, offering constructive feedback and additional support where needed.
• Placement Support: Collaborate with the skill development centre's placement team to help trainees secure employment or start their own beauty businesses.
• Training Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment conducive to learning and practicing beauty techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Advanced Diploma in Makeup Services or I.T.I in Beauty & Wellness.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with hands-on experience in a variety of beauty treatments.
• Age: Any
• Skills: Strong knowledge of beauty treatments (skincare, haircare, makeup, nail care), excellent communication, and teaching skills.
