Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beautician with at least 2 years of experience in salon services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all aspects of beauty and salon work, including skincare treatments, facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, hair services, and makeup application. You will be responsible for delivering top-quality beauty treatments while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hygiene in the salon. You should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized beauty consultations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skincare Treatments:
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, exfoliation, and skin toning.
• Analyze skin types and conditions to recommend the best treatments for clients.
• Provide advice on skincare routines and products to enhance skin health and appearance.
• Waxing and Threading:
• Perform full-body and facial waxing services, ensuring a painless and efficient experience for clients.
• Provide expert threading services for eyebrows, upper lips, and other facial areas.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation for all waxing and threading tools.
• Manicure and Pedicure:
• Deliver professional manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, and polish application.
• Provide relaxing hand and foot massages during treatments.
• Maintain clean and sanitized tools and equipment.
• Hair Services:
• Perform basic hair services, including haircuts, blow-drying, hair styling, and hair treatments (such as deep conditioning).
• Assist with hair coloring, highlights, and chemical treatments if necessary.
• Provide scalp treatments and head massages.
• Makeup Application:
• Apply makeup for clients for various occasions, including weddings, parties, or professional photoshoots.
• Stay updated on makeup trends and techniques, ensuring clients receive the latest styles.
• Offer consultations to clients on suitable makeup looks based on their preferences and skin type.
• Consultation and Customer Service:
• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the salon, ensuring all clients feel comfortable.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Sanitation and Hygiene:
• Ensure that the salon and treatment areas are clean and sanitary at all times.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols for all tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to protect both clients and staff.
• Product Knowledge and Retail:
• Recommend beauty products to clients based on their individual needs and skin types.
• Stay informed about the salon's product line and promote retail sales.
• Assist in meeting retail sales targets through effective product recommendations.
• Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of advanced beauty treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, laser treatments, or chemical peels).
• Experience in hair coloring or other advanced hair services.
• Ability to work with diverse skin types and hair textures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in skincare, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and makeup.
• Strong understanding of beauty products, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
