Job Overview:
As a Business Executive - Architects, Dealers, Hotels, HNI, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with the Regional Business Manager to implement sales and marketing strategies in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Work closely with the Regional Business Manager to implement sales and marketing strategies in the region.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\'s products and services.
Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of Fresher-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with architects, dealers, hotels, or HNIs is a plus.
Ability to travel within the region.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to display time commitments whenever required.
Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
May require travel within the region or to other locations for meetings or events.
