We are currently hiring for BDS-CAMP DOCTOR
Exp: FRESHER/EXPERIENCED

Salary:18000-30000 Per Month, Slight Negotiable, Incentives.

Camp Doctor:

The BDS Camp Doctor provides comprehensive dental care and treatment during health camps or outreach programs. The role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and managing dental health initiatives within the camp setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Dental Care & Treatment:

Perform routine dental examinations and assessments.

Diagnose dental conditions and plan appropriate treatments.

Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.

Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.

Handle emergency dental cases and manage pain relief.

Patient Management:

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.

Address patient concerns and provide professional advice on dental health.

Camp Operations:

Set up and organize dental equipment and supplies in a camp setting.

Ensure infection control practices are followed to maintain a hygienic environment.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in the camp.

Assist in managing and restocking dental supplies as needed.

Community Engagement:

Participate in health education sessions for the community.

Collaborate with local health workers and community leaders to identify dental health needs.

Provide feedback on patient outcomes and suggest improvements for future camps.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare and submit reports on dental care provided during the camp.

Document patient treatments and outcomes for follow-up and record-keeping.

Assist in the evaluation and planning of future dental camps.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.

Licensure: Valid dental license as required by the local regulatory authority.

Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or community dental setting is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in diagnostic and treatment procedures.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Adaptability to work in varying conditions and locations
