Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable BDS Tutor to join our team and support dental students in their academic journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental sciences and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for helping students grasp complex concepts, preparing for exams, and enhancing their practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for BDS students.
• Develop customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to individual student needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Prepare students for practical exams and clinical assessments through hands-on demonstrations and simulations.
• Stay updated on current dental practices and curricula to ensure relevant and accurate instruction.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support students' academic success.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages questions and active participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) .
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience in dental education is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of dental sciences and practical applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
