The Counsellor and Sales Executive will be responsible for providing expert guidance and counseling to potential clients about hair transplantation procedures while achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of hair restoration techniques, and a customer-focused approach to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Counseling:
1. Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and concerns related to hair loss.
2. Educate clients on available hair restoration options, including transplantation techniques, costs, and recovery processes.
3. Address client doubts, fears, or misconceptions with empathy and professionalism.
4. Build trust with clients to encourage informed decision-making.
Sales:
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paid treatments.
6. Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
7. Upsell and cross-sell relevant services or products offered by the clinic.
8. Maintain accurate records of consultations, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management:
9. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
10. Provide pre- and post-procedure support to ensure a seamless client experience.
11. Coordinate with the medical team to schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
Administrative:
12. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in hair transplantation and cosmetic procedures.
13. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on consultations, conversions, and revenue.
14. Ensure compliance with clinic policies and standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in healthcare, life sciences, or business).
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, customer service, or counseling (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive selling abilities with a client-centric approach.
Knowledge of hair loss treatments and cosmetic procedures (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
