Job Title : BD/RM/Sales & Marketing Managers
Experience Range : 1-2+ years in Real Estate Sales/Freshers with good communication skill and 2 wheeler is a must.
Salary Range Freshers: 20,000 to 25,000 + Incentives
Exp : 25,000 to 40,000/- Max with incentives
Responsibilities
• Create a sales plan and strategy
• Set sales goals
• Hire and train sales team members
• Determine the profitability of various products and services
• Manage sales team performance and motivate them to meet sales targets
• Respond to customer questions about the organisation's products and services
• Maintain communication with other departments in the organisation to integrate operations with efficiency
• Determine price schedules and set discount rate
• Prepare sales budget and approve expenditures for the sales department
• Develop and maintain and manage customer relationships with key customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
