Job Responsibility:xefx82xb7 Create new Business independently in FTL by identifying and acquiring new large corporate, SME
customers directly.
xefx82xb7 Manage relationships with the existing accounts to drive more sales every month.
xefx82xb7 Manage all agreements, renewals, and price revisions with existing and new customers
xefx82xb7 Interface with senior management to provide customer feedback and market intelligence based on
interactions with the Customer.
xefx82xb7 Complaints Resolution, any issues and problems faced by customers, and dealing with them to
maintain trust.
xefx82xb7 Escalating & resolving the issues raised by the clients.Skills Required :
xefx82xb7 Possess good communication skills.
xefx82xb7 Work experience in a reputed company with Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain Sector in sales.
xefx82xb7 Well organized working style with excellent time management skills.
xefx82xb7 Fair working knowledge with MS-Office and Internet.
xefx82xb7 Well-versed with regional language, English and Hindi language is preferred.
