\xef\x82\xb7 Drive Channel Partner growth across India
\xef\x82\xb7 Engage with new and existing channel partners of Crayon to increase their profitability and
operational efficiency
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop existing Crayon Partner portfolio via channel engagement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build a healthy pipeline of potential Crayon partners
\xef\x82\xb7 Understand each partners value proposition and identify how Crayon services and vendor
portfolio can increase partners profitability
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify partner needs and align with Crayon tools and services to reduce partners time spent
on software purchases, cloud management and billing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop sales growth strategy - target market identification, mapping Crayon offerings to market
needs, creating targeted annual / quarterly / monthly sales plans
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in review of proposal deliverables ensuring the proposal package meets the structure
& content requirements of Customer.
\xef\x82\xb7 Individual will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in India and work closely with the rest
of the team.
Must Have Skills/Knowledge:
\xef\x82\xb7experience from similar business area, such as vendors, services providers, system
integrators, cloud resellers and/or ISVs
\xef\x82\xb7 Solid experience from recruiting and developing partners within the IT Channel
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Microsoft CSP Business, as well as AWS business along with Service business.
\xef\x82\xb7 Specific sales experience with cloud, licensing and services is highly regarded
