Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the European and Middle Eastern markets for mobile and web development services.
• Proficiently manage both outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and handling incoming leads from various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored service-based solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering and requirement understanding sessions with clients to accurately scope projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations based on project requirements and collaborate with internal teams to finalize proposals.
• Work with Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to ensure projects are scoped and aligned with client expectations.
• Manage and handle clients independently , ensuring end-to-end support from the initial contact to project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in service-based IT sales , specifically in mobile and web development services.
• Strong experience and proficiency in both outbound and inbound sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of both European and Middle Eastern markets.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile and web technologies to provide effective service-based solutions.
• Experience in requirement gathering, requirement understanding , and cost estimation for IT projects.
• Ability to work with BRD and FRD documents for accurate project scoping.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,763.93 - ?60,000.00 per month
