Support Group: 25 38 yearsExperience: 1 10 years in relevant industryJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and expanding our market presence in the commercial vehicle and auto loan sector.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the designated regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote and sell a range of products and services including new and used commercial vehicle/auto loans.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the auto sales industry, preferably with a focus on commercial vehicles and finance.
  • Strong understanding of commercial vehicle/auto loans and related financial products and services.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Delhi & NCR and Uttar Pradesh market is preferred.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 -10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
