Job Title: Business Development Manager - US Staffing, Tier-1Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the US staffing industry by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building robust connections with them, and securing new staffing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management

: Develop and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients in the US staffing market. Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.

Business Strategy Execution

: Create strategies to identify new business opportunities within the US staffing sector. Execute these plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

Market Analysis

: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to stay ahead in the market. Use this information to create effective business strategies.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation

: Prepare compelling proposals that align with client needs and company policies. Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaboration with Recruitment Team

: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure they understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates promptly.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

: Provide regular sales reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the US staffing/consulting sector. Proven track record of success in acquiring direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier 1 vendors. Strong network within the US staffing industry. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently under pressure.
This role requires working closely with various stakeholders across different time zones due to its focus on the U.S. market27.
