Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for our Solar division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our solar energy initiatives. The position is located at our Gurgaon office and will require strategic planning and sales development to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential leads.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in business development, particularly within the solar energy sector.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and persuade stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals and partnerships.
• Must have experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
