We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Business Development and Marketing & Sales candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and leading marketing efforts in the corrugated box manufacturing industry. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills to effectively position our products in the market and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyse customer needs and preferences to develop targeted sales strategies.
2. Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales tactics and promotional campaigns.
4. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to maintain long-term partnerships.
5. Product Development and Innovation:
• Work closely with the product development team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to drive product improvements and new product development initiatives.
6. Proposal Development and Negotiation:
