Job Summary:
We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth in digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative) to align business development efforts.
6. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
7. Manage and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Digital Marketing Specific Responsibilities:
1. Stay up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
2. Develop and maintain knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing).
3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in digital marketing.
2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals.
3. Strong network and connections in the digital marketing industry.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads).
2. Knowledge of digital marketing certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
3. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
