Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Edapally . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify New Business Opportunities : Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities to expand the business.
• Lead Generation : Generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Presentations : Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the company's products or services and their benefits.
• Negotiation & Closing : Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends to position the company's services effectively.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies.
• Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent growth for the business.
Key Requirements:
• Education : Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Business Development (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
• Skills :
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
