Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities using diverse techniques, including:
• LinkedIn Lead Generation : Connect with prospects, nurture leads, and establish a professional network.
• Cold Calling : Reach out to potential clients to present services and generate interest.
• Email Campaigns : Create and execute effective email outreach campaigns to generate leads.
• Social Media Outreach : Leverage platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for prospecting.
• Networking Events : Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to connect with potential clients.

Sales & Client Management

• Conduct effective client presentations to showcase our MERN Stack, Blockchain, Python, Digital Marketing, and Web Development services.
• Develop strong relationships with prospects, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure consistent follow-ups to maintain engagement.

Market Research & Strategy

• Research target industries, competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify opportunities.
• Build a strategic pipeline of prospects by understanding their pain points and requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling pitches and campaigns.

Performance Monitoring

• Track leads through CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline management.
• Measure the success of outreach campaigns and refine strategies for higher conversions.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, outreach performance, and revenue metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, and sales, particularly in MERN Stack, Digital Marketing, or Web Development.
• Proficiency in lead generation methods, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and email marketing.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach automation platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or Apollo.io.
• Established network of industry contacts and potential clients.
• Technical knowledge of MERN Stack, Digital Marketing, and Web Development solutions.
