Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT sales domain. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our IT products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to ensure successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the IT sector. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management regarding sales activities and market conditions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in IT sales or business development. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Hindi. Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities to establish and maintain client relationships. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Sound knowledge of the IT industry, including software solutions, hardware products, and IT services. Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Good negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Salary Budget: The salary range for this position is 3 to 7 LPA (Lakhs per annum), which will be determined based on the candidate\'s qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview process.
