We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) in International Sales to expand our global footprint and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong network in international markets, and the energy to generate and close sales deals effectively.
Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager - International Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and increasing our global sales footprint. This role requires a self-driven, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate and negotiate with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, particularly in hospitality and interior solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing international clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote Arcedior's products and services.
Key Skills and Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with international clients.
• Proven experience in international sales , preferably in the furniture or interior solutions industry.
• Strong networking abilities and an established contact base in international markets.
• High level of energy and enthusiasm to drive sales growth.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
• Negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of international trade practices and export regulations is a plus.
