Sales Associate is looking for a candidate with experience in Sales either within a startup or an educational organization. Ideally, someone who is self motivated can take the responsibility for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling our services to them. Must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending workshops and webinars etc. We are looking for someone who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about education and entrepreneurship. Responsibilities:
1. Drive end to end sales cycle including lead generation, telephonic counselings, follow ups.
2. Identifying decision makers amongst the inbound/outbound leads in order to start the sales process.
3. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
4. Updating client information in the database.
5. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
6. Develop a consulting and trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders.
7. Ensure smooth delivery of all programs. Engage with the students after the webinar for feedback.
8. Go the extra mile to make it a WOW experience for the students and their parents
9. Reaching out to prospective partners - school counselors and education consultants - for possible collaboration.
10. Doing research on getting more programs and webinars.
Key Requirements :
1. You have a degree in Marketing, business administration or any related field
2. Minimum 10 years of experience.
3. Self-motivated and driven by targets
4. Presentation Skills
5. Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
6. The ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers
