Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive growth and lead.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to discover and generate new business opportunities.
• Lead and manage business development projects, ensuring effective use of resources and timelines.
• Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Handle sales forecasting, planning, and maintain accurate sales records.
Qualifications:
• Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development with strong lead generation expertise.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, proposal creation, and presentation skills.

Pay: From ?80,000.00 per month
