Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans for penetrating Contract Logistics sectors.
Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients within the Contract Logistics industries, demonstrating our value proposition and capabilities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of clients in the Contract Logistics sectors.
Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay abreast of industry trends, build our network, and identify new business opportunities.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and financial performance related to business development activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and successful client onboarding.Qualifications:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development within contract logistics industries.
In-depth understanding of the Contract Logistics sectors, including market trends, key players, and business dynamics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Fluency in English language.
3+ years of experience required.
