  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on Central Government Ministries and Central PSUs that are end-users of solutions.
  • Identify and target opportunities in ministries such as Agriculture, Finance, External Affairs, Home Affairs, Defense, Rural Development, and Women & Child Welfare.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Client Engagement:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Section Officers, Undersecretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Joint Secretaries, Additional Secretaries, and other senior officials.
  • Understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and effectively present proposals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Central Government entities, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, and delivery) to design and deliver customized solutions that meet government requirements.
  • Work closely with management to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational goals.
Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and market insights to senior management.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior-ranking officials and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence complex decision-making processes.
  • Confidence and ability to hold discussions independently with top-tier officials, including Joint Secretaries and Additional Secretaries.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8xe2x80x9310 years in Central Government Sales
  • Any Graduate
