We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales , specifically in channel sales . The role involves selling Silent Diesel Generators (DG) to corporate and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of the power generation sector, and a proven track record in driving sales through channel partners.
Key Requirements:
• Experience : 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales , with a strong background in channel sales . Prior experience in selling power generation products, especially Silent DG , is a strong plus.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering tangible business results.
• Market Understanding : Knowledge of the power generation industry, particularly in the sales of Silent Diesel Generators, is preferred.
• Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with channel partners and clients.
• Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor actions to formulate sales strategies.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.
