Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at exceeding business goals and driving revenue growth. Foster strong relationships and collaborate with overseas education consultants to expand our market presence and increase customer acquisition. Develop a comprehensive business plan that encompasses sales, revenue targets, and expense controls. Achieve and exceed planned sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance to the management. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to generate leads, convert leads into viable sales opportunities, and drive revenue. Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, addressing client needs, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our offerings to potential clients. Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts for optimal business outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business development or sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the forex and remittance industry catering to students. In-depth knowledge of remittance products and services targeting student customers. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
