Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients which may be schools, colleges, Universities or companies involving CSR activities
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted strategies
2. Lead Generation:
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential B2B clients.
3. Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
Demonstrate companies\xe2\x80\x99 solution to the stake holders
4. Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure proposals align with client expectations.
5. Negotiation and Sales:
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure new B2B partnerships.
Close deals and achieve sales targets.
6. Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on client satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
7. Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.
Share market insights with the team to refine strategies.
Qualifications: 1) Education: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 2) Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, with experience in education, publishing industry or training industries being a plus. 3) Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English . 4) Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. 5) Networking: Excellent networking abilities and the ability to establish rapport with decision-makers. 6) Results-Driven: A goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 7) Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. 8) Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. 9) Passion for Education: A genuine interest in language education and its impact on individuals and organizations. 10) Personal Qualities: The candidate should demonstrate a humble and approachable demeanour, fostering positive and genuine interactions with clients and colleagues 11) Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
