Join Our Team as a Bidder (Full-time , Commission-based)

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team and help us acquire new clients and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI and ML, with a strong ability to prospect clients, generate leads, and close deals. The BDE will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
This is a
commission-based
role, and the compensation structure will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and performance.
Responsibilities
:
Identify and prospect new clients through freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and other lead generation methods.
Create and manage client accounts, build relationships, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for client prospecting and lead generation.
Prepare and submit proposals, respond to RFPs, and participate in client meetings to understand their needs and offer AI/ML solutions.
Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions that align with our capabilities and their business objectives.
Maintain a deep understanding of our AI/ML offerings to present them confidently to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and handle the client onboarding process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure we stay competitive and relevant.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
:
Strong knowledge and experience with freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer) and client acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with LinkedIn for lead generation and client outreach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions (AI/ML) and articulate them effectively to non-technical clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in sales or business development in AI/ML, IT, or related fields is a plus but not required.
