Job Summary:

We are seeking a

proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE)

to expand our IT services business across

Pan India

. The ideal candidate should be skilled in

lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, and email marketing

to bring in new projects. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and generate leads through

cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

.

Client Acquisition:

Acquire and onboard new clients for

software development, AI/ML solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting

.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead identification to deal closure.

Market Research:

Identify potential business opportunities, analyze market trends, and create targeted sales strategies.

Proposal & Negotiation:

Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain client databases, track leads, and provide regular sales performance reports.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to develop customized IT service solutions.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience

in IT sales, business development, or lead generation. Strong expertise in

cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based lead generation

. Ability to

bring IT service projects independently

across India. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Familiarity with

software development, AI/ML, cloud solutions, and IT services

. Experience using

CRM tools

for sales tracking and lead management. Bachelor's degree in

Business, IT, or a related field

is preferred.
