Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales strategies to identify and engage potential customers
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the lead generation team to ensure consistency and effectiveness in outreach activities
• Create and optimize outreach messaging, including email templates, scripts, and other communication materials
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the success of lead generation efforts and make data-driven adjustments as necessary
• Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures
• Coordinate with Sales BDMs and meet all GEO qualified leads targets
• Foster strong relationships with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment
• Manage the day-to-day operations of inside sales team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting
• Research and discover methods to increase sales opportunity and projects.

Requirements:

• People Management: - Ability to lead young and diverse teams with a spread of KPIs to deliver the overall objective of the BU. You should be able to lead large teams and drive them to achieve results.
• Execution centric Management: -This role will require you to make sure that work gets done.
• While you will be driving the strategy, you will need to be ready to roll-up the sleeves wherever required.
• Experienced majorly with US & UK market lead generation team
• Will have to play role at individual level to identify & generate new business
• In-depth understanding of all sales administration process
• Hands on experience with Email marketing Tools, DB tools, CRM Tool and MS Excel
• Communication: - You will need to have an excellent command over the English language, both spoken and written. It is essential for articulating ideas internally as well as externally.
• Strong analytic, organizational/ decision-making skills and problem-solving attitude
• Educational Qualification - MBA/ PGDBA, or related field is mandate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
