Job Summary

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive/Manager

to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.

Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Proposal & Negotiation:

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, revenue projections, and performance reports.

Qualifications:



Experience:

2-5 years (for Executive) | 4+ years (for Manager) in business development, sales, or a related role.

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Communication & Negotiation:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies.

Sales & CRM Expertise:

Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation software, and lead tracking.

Self-Motivation & Leadership:

Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and lead teams (for Manager level).
