Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) in Telesales to join our team at Kakanad . As a BDE in Telesales, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, make outbound calls, and promote the company's products or services. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the telesales domain while earning competitive salary and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls : Make outbound telesales calls to potential customers, introduce the company's products or services, and generate leads.
• Lead Generation : Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and other methods.
• Customer Interaction : Handle customer inquiries, address queries, and promote products or services based on customer needs.
• Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and other relevant data in the CRM system.
• Follow-up : Continuously follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales and close deals.
• Reporting : Report progress, feedback, and sales outcomes to the sales manager or team leader.
• Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process.

Key Requirements:

• Education : Any degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Experience : Fresher or minimal experience in sales or telesales.
• Skills :
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to converse clearly and confidently.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the telesales field.
