Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (BDE) at Just Dial will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company\'s market presence. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The BDE will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Address client queries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and feedback.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve products and services.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the digital marketing or online advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with Just Dial\'s products and services.
  • Local market knowledge and existing client relationships.
