Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 1-4 Years
Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture leads through research and networking.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their IT needs.
- Present tailored IT solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep up-to-date records using CRM software.
- Bachelor\'s degree (preferred).
- 1-4 years of IT sales/business development experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of the local IT market is a plus.
