Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential clients for staff augmentation services.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Present staff augmentation solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and resource fulfillment.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Requirements :
• 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in staff augmentation or IT services.
• Strong understanding of staff augmentation services and the recruitment process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and trust.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing business opportunities.
