We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong sales acumen to join us on a part-time or freelance basis. If you have the ability to generate leads and bring in projects in the IT services domain, this is a rewarding opportunity where you earn based on project commission.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients in need of IT services such as Software Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Pitch Naestinn's services effectively, addressing client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
