The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role involves a combination of sales, marketing, and relationship management to meet the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Research and understand client needs, industries, and market trends to propose appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to potential clients.
Develop strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence.
Sales:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide continuous support to ensure their needs are met.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt business strategies accordingly.
Monitor industry developments and identify new trends that could be leveraged for business growth.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
Create proposals, presentations, and other sales documents as required.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the project or delivery team to ensure timely execution of the solutions sold.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (experience in a similar industry may be preferred).
Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
