We are seeking a highly motivated female and dynamic Business Development Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Client Pitching:

Identify potential clients and generate leads.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to meet the client's needs.

Client Conversion:

Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.

Follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients.

Onboarding:

Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.

Provide clients with necessary training and resources to get started.

Act as the main point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.

Lead Conversion:

Track and analyze leads from various sources.

Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.

Maintain a detailed database of leads and clients for follow-up and relationship management.

Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the sales and onboarding process.

Ensure all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
