Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
? Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce our products/services.
? Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
? Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods such as online research, networking, and attending industry events.
? Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
? Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
? CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
? Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
