Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Online Bidder with 1+ years of experience to join our team!

• Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM
• Experience: 1+ Year
• Location: Indore (Work from Office)
• Platform Experience: Upwork (a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on potential projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other similar platforms.
• Generate leads and bring in new business opportunities for IT services.
• Create tailored proposals and pitch to clients based on their project requirements.
• Negotiate terms with clients and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client needs are understood and met.
• Keep track of project bidding success rates and improve strategies accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork (preferred), Freelancer , etc.
• Strong knowledge of IT services (web development, software development, mobile apps, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Experience in lead generation and closing deals .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
