Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in the home decor and interior design industry.

- Analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities for product development and market expansion.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging designers, and new product offerings in the home decor and interiors market.

2. Business Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new markets, expand product lines, and increase market share in the home decor and interiors segment.

- Identify target customer segments, geographic areas, and distribution channels for sales growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business strategies and objectives.

3. Sales and Account Management:

- Drive sales of home decor products and interior design services through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors.

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business and maximize revenue opportunities.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Anticipate client needs and preferences, and tailor product offerings and design solutions to meet their requirements.

- Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets and objectives.

- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market trends, competitive activities, and sales performance.

6. Industry Networking and Representation:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote home decor products and interior design services.

- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, design professionals, and industry associations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

7. Continuous Learning and Development:

- Stay informed about new trends, materials, and design techniques in the home decor and interior design industry through ongoing learning and professional development activities.

- Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the home decor or interior design industry.

- Strong understanding of home decor products, interior design concepts, and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans and sales strategies.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.

Salary range: 25 -30 K + Incentives

Minimum experience : 2-3 Years required from Furniture or Home Decor industry

Job Type: 40 -60 % (Office and field visit)

Office Location : G 156 Prahaladpura for first 6 months and then from H 321 Sitapura
