We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for freshers or those with some experience looking to develop their career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients and initiate conversations to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking events.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and showcase company offerings.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Sales Reporting: Track progress and generate sales reports to meet targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as marketing, sales, and support to ensure smooth business operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Communication: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
• Freshers or Experience: Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
