Job Description
Weingenious Technocrats LLP is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to help generate new business, conduct market research, and grow our client base. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to develop skills in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new leads.
• Conduct market research to spot business opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Assist in creating proposals and presentations.
• Support sales team in meeting targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
• Overtime pay
Work Location: In person
