Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt Ltd in Nagpur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, leads follow-ups, deals closure, account management, and effective communication. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our Gadgets to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential target clients. Generate and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Excellent working on India Mart.

Can Create New Fresh Leads.

Developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business.

Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Support the negotiation and closing of business deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings that meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Any Degree, BBA and MBA Pursuing preferred.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
