Experience: 0-1 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Scheduling: Plan and execute email and text campaigns with optimal timing, frequency, and segmentation to boost engagement and conversions.

2. Email Strategy Development: Craft and implement email and text messaging strategies aligned with organizational goals and audience needs.

3. Automation & Workflows: Set up and manage automated email workflows and drip campaigns using marketing automation platforms.

4. A/B Testing: Conduct tests on subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and other campaign elements to drive better performance.

5. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on email and text campaign metrics, providing insights for continuous optimization.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure high-quality campaigns.

7. Data-Driven Campaigns: Utilize data analysis and segmentation to create personalized and impactful email and text campaigns.

8. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly present campaign performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders and management.

9. Administrative Excellence: Handle daily administrative tasks efficiently and proactively.
