Key Responsibilities For Freshers :
• Lead Generation & Market Research : Identify and research potential leads and target markets.
• Cold Calling & Outreach : Reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and social media to generate interest.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build relationships with new clients to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Assist in Proposal Development : Work with the senior team members to create proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Sales Support : Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and maintaining CRM systems.
• Achieve Targets : Meet daily, weekly, or monthly goals set by the company for lead generation and meetings.
For Experienced Candidates :
• Lead Generation & Market Expansion : Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, targeting key clients and industries.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the senior sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Negotiation & Closing : Take charge of negotiating deals, closing sales, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead to contract.
• Account Management : Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights to inform business strategies.
