Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving impact in health and wellness sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Partnerships:
• Identify potential business opportunities in corporate houses, NGOs, and educational institutions.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including sponsors, collaborators, and influencers.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and address their needs.
• Strategy & Proposal Development:
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with brand goals.
• Campaign Support:
• Support SheWings campaigns like #FeedTheFuture, Breast Cancer Awareness, and Menstrual Health programs by securing funding and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct research to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to develop innovative and impactful business solutions.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Maintain detailed records of business development activities and outcomes.
• Analyze metrics to track performance and achieve sales and growth targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Noida Sector 45, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
