- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, Upwork, Glassdoor (any 2) for client acquisition and management
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Lusha, Upwork, Glassdoor
- Knowledge of domestic staffing industry trends
