As we enter our second year, we are looking to expand our footprint in the US market. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team and support our business growth by acquiring new US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
o Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
o Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
Sales Support:
o Assist in the preparation and delivery of compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
o Support the Business Development Manager in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and understand market trends.
o Analyse competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
o Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Marketing and Brand Building :
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
o Enhance MoonDive's brand presence in the US market through various channels, including industry events and conferences.
Qualifications :
Educational Background :
o Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience :
o 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in the Tech/IT services sector.
o Internship or project experience in a relevant field can be considered.
Skills and Competencies:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
o Basic understanding of the Tech/IT services offered by MoonDive.
o Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
o Ability to conduct market research and analyse market trends.
o Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
o Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal teams.
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial) :
o Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales).
o Industry-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
